Well.. the past 7 years the lil ol' company I work for has exceeded it's profit goals, year after year. This year, we've come up short $800 million from our goal. The covid hoax is catching up to us, whereas we thought we've been lucky. New product development is near frozen... most silicon we want is ~~1 year~~ ~~2 years~~ 3 years out from being restocked. Things aren't looking so shiny from where I'm sitting. I did the strikeout thing with the years just so you know what it's been like. I can't say it's all doom and gloom though. I've been fascinated by old tech for as long as I can remember, and one thing I know is that tight constraints breed creativity. This has already led to some interesting new developments recently. Can't say what, yet... Ok Ok one of them is I figured out how to get a clean signal from an UNREGULATED AFE! That's all I'm saying.
