Well if we're going to ask if zombies poop then the obvious answer is yes -- because all those delicious brains have to go someplace -- and then it's perfectly reasonable to assume that the poops will be also animated, because why not. Zombie Poop, it's a thing. Though I'm not sure if roving bands of zombie poops terrorizing the countryside is horrifying or mostly just gross. But I kinda feel that Eli Roth could do the movie justice.
