Its the real estate top ... NOW. RIGHT NOW IS THE TOP. Sell your real estate! Pay off your mortgage and be free. Even if you live in a van free and clear you are way better off than a morgaged McMansion in niggerville USA. If you can wait 2-3 years you can re-buy the same place for a dramatically lower price. Probably 20% what you sell for is my guess.

Get out. Go live in a trailer. Go live in a van down by the river. Buy a 10k lot and camp there like a homeless bum with a huge bank-roll... Metals probably have some upside. Crypto bottom should be in by Feb - March. by summer 2024 BTC will be pumping. By 2025 it will be at or approaching ATH. Use your fucking brain man... They will take your debt based assets and give you nothing at all. Like 2008 but on meth and steroids.
