Yes and no. Read Psalm 14. We were all given a choice, and all have gone astray. None seek after God, no, not one. However, God in his mercy has chosen some for eternal life through faith in Jesus Christ. Read Romans ch 8-9. This is a difficult subject, and one that can shake you to the core of your being.
