TBH, about 2/3 of the commentary I write gets the cancel or back button. That's most of it.

A lot of the time I get to the end of writing a good long comment, only to read it back and think to myself "you know what, nobody gives a shit." Or "I don't actually give a shit." And this one "shut up turret, you don't even really know what the hell you're talking about."

It is still cathartic to put the thoughts into written words. It helps give form to feeling. It also helps to organize your thoughts.
