Because you can't say mulatto anymore. That'd be racist. Like Prince Henry, his kids have a 10th black in them. I almost guarantee the birth certificate says black on it. I got a Puerto Rican friend whose wife is Irish Italian and the doctor told him on their kids birth certificate to put white. He said trust me sir you're going to want to do this.
