Just don't give it the WiFi password. If it insists, just block it from accessing anything at the router level.

Get a cheap wifi router and have it connect to the SSId, but never connect the router to the Internet. It is a tarpit. A better way to go is to connect the wired connection to a switch that can clone the port. Use wireshark to monitor packet headers and block the outbound addresses it is trying to connect to on the firewall.
