Oh that sucks. That first one was just updated 3 weeks ago, so I don't have an alternative yet. Here is 2 more if you know any Aussies or Canadians.

These places had rarer books last time I checked and know that many 3rd Reich books were available in Canadian link. Laws have changed since last time I ordered regarding holocaust denial in Canada just recently though. Also, some books were cheaper, but shipping to the US is ridiculous.
