I'm not talking about driving through a carwash, or pulling into a carwash bay for a diy pressure wash. I'm talking about a handwash and wax in a bit of shade. IMHO, there's something satisfying about wiping off that dried wax by hand to reveal a glossy finish.

The wax makes it last waaaay longer.

However.

Buying a wrap the same color as your paint job will make your car last the longest. When you finally take off the wrap in 5 years, it'll be like brand new.
