I'm not talking about driving through a carwash, or pulling into a carwash bay for a diy pressure wash. I'm talking about a handwash and wax in a bit of shade. IMHO, there's something satisfying about wiping off that dried wax by hand to reveal a glossy finish.

Ehhh, my old jeep is the "dog car". It gets used and abused, no point washing and waxing.

I fix what's broken myself and resale at this point is probably not going to change.

resale value on my jeep is so non existent that its easier to just keep it. no one seems to want a well maintained jeep with 300k+ miles on it.

If the frame isn't all rusted out you can get a good price for it in the rust belt
