Here's what I think.

Absolutely: Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas

High chance: Texas, Oklahoma

Likely: West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida

Maybe: Missouri, North Carolina

Slim chance: Kansas

This is without going into detail the various other states that could be split in two.

I think the larger issue with that situation is the US would wind up splintering into city states as opposed to what we had in the civil war. The PNW/Jefferson region, the new England states, the Southwestern region, the south, etc. IF the confederacy were to make a come back, I think your assessment is correct. But I don't think it would play that way.

I totally agree. New Orleans is nothing but niggers and faggots, but most bayou and north shore cites are the opposite.

Atlanta is a super nigger and faggot Mecca, but aside from wetback cities, Georgia is super white.

Illinois without crook county area is largely conservative, New York is the same as is northern California and Oregon sans Portland. Nearly every blue state is that way strictly because of major cities.

I'd be fine with letting city states break off. So long as the remaining country declares them as hostile to the Constitution and shuts down all roads and highways and encircles the cities and starves them to death using the National Guard. I'm good with allowing blue cities to starve to death. 100% serious.
