Absolutely: Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas

High chance: Texas, Oklahoma

Likely: West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida

Maybe: Missouri, North Carolina

Slim chance: Kansas

This is without going into detail the various other states that could be split in two.

I don't thinking you understood what a confederacy is, and is this country was, seeing as any state that breaks from the union would be considered a confederacy. Right now those states would be California, Washington, Oregon New York and any blue state with Sanctuary City status or any state that ignores the constitutional authority to govern.
