I looked into electric heating jackets such as mobile warming ones, but I don't trust how long the heaters will work. What I'm looking for is a jacket that's Water proof Hoodie Has layers or removable liners Basically I just want one jacket that will work in 60-70 degree weather and convert to be able to use in 20-30 degree weather, that I can just wear a short sleeve shirt on underneath. Right now I'm running 3 different jackets along with a shirt underneath and it sucks. I'm not really going for a fashion jacket either. Price range is up to $450. What are you guys using?
