I looked into electric heating jackets such as mobile warming ones, but I don't trust how long the heaters will work.

What I'm looking for is a jacket that's

Water proof Hoodie Has layers or removable liners

Basically I just want one jacket that will work in 60-70 degree weather and convert to be able to use in 20-30 degree weather, that I can just wear a short sleeve shirt on underneath. Right now I'm running 3 different jackets along with a shirt underneath and it sucks. I'm not really going for a fashion jacket either.

Price range is up to $450. What are you guys using?

Graphene-x granarec jacket. Well within your range, works amazingly, feels better on the skin and temp balanced extremely well

Not waterproof, bus airs water FAST. Wore this up in Alaska in 2021 august, had no problem, no need for a heavy rain-deflective later

"Hoodie" i.n the sense that it has a hood, a semi water reflective "sheet" almost. Still the best jacket/puffy I've ever owned
