Ninite.com shows one called peazip. Never used it.

peazip is ok, but when it comes down to it 7z tops them all.

Windows has had native zip integration since WinMe. Installing Winzip is a waste of time, and may not even open modern archives depending on what version you use.

However, as others have said, 7z is the only correct answer.

7zip for most cases, however Winrar might be better when it comes down to command line options (or at least it does for some uses I had in the past).

Always 7zip, now and forever, or until a better alternative comes along. It also unRARs.
