I'm watching a video of a House Judiciary committe hearing regarding the Jan. 6 protests and Ray Epps. At different points leading up to the 23:35 mark in the video, there is audio that interrupts those speaking, and chairman Nadler again asks those in attendance to mute their microphones, as it is clearly disruptive.

Listen at 21:40 to 22:00

Then as Rep. McClintock finishes his address urging both parties to find out who was behind the Jan. 6 incident, in the break it sounds like the words Alex Jones is vocalized. As if to subliminally cast aspersion onto what was just stated.

Do you hear what I hear? I think it was an attempt to portray what he said as conspiracy.

My ears are extremely good and I didn't hear a single syllable in the mic noise.
