Unlikely. RvW has no constitutional basis. As such, per the Constitution, goes to the states. But AA is blatantly illegal and unconstitutional. States and government have no rights here. Preferential treatment of one man means discrimination of all others. Which means their rights are injured. Any ruling to support AA is illegal and unconstitutional. Any ruling which throws it to the states is illegal and unconstitutional.
Obviously a (((corrupt))) judge can "disagree." But legally and constitutionally there is a huge difference.
Accurate
I've lost jobs due to affirmative action; I do know there are several states that have affirmative action policies. Whites are too busy wringing their hands over the hollowcost and slavry to realize they are being - and have been discriminated against.
Completely agree.
