Filters get clogged? You mean do their job and easily maintained? Most people who run alt-fuels add more filtration to the system. Obviously the less refined the more itll "attack" the system, but any Jerry can filter a liquid, and the process for turning unrefined waste oil into biodiesel is about as complicated as making moonshine.
You don’t know what a diesel particulate filter is,do you. It’s in the exhaust system. And for a Powerstroke, it’s “easily maintained” for $5,280 plus labor. That’s wat a new one costs.
That’s why you’re nonchalant about your claims..because you don’t know what you’re talking about or the damage someone could do by following your ignorant advice.
bro, i know what a DPF (diesel piss (urea-based) filter) is. Its easily maintained by regularly changing the piss juice. Again, any Jerry trying to run alt fuels will have installed other forms of filtration long before the DPF has a chance to clog, and theyre probably running a non DPF engine setup anyhow.
are you an engineer or a naysayer who doesnt feel comfortable modifying a stock vehicle? (just joshin with ya bud)
Keep digging. The hole you’re in is getting deeper and deeper
