When I say small I don't mean small spiders I just mean spiders. So a couple of days ago my hands swelled up. and I thought it was due to dehydration and one finger in particular was really swollen. My knuckles were very sore and I had fluid on them. Over the past couple days the swelling's gone down as I've been taking medicine and I finally can see the area pretty clearly. it looks like I was bit on my right ring finger at the top knuckle. I've been finding little spiders here and there all over my camper van. some on the inside some on the outside. Tonight I'm watching a show on Netflix and I see something that looks like hair floating. So I blow on it thinking it's my hair because it's kind of long and it just goes back and forth. It then keeps dropping down and I'm like oh Lord. I turn the light on and it's a spider that's probably the size of a half dollar dropping from my ceiling onto my bed. What do you all think I should do to help alleviate my potential spider infestation besides burn down my camper. is there a more sensible approach? It's going to be fun sleeping tonight.

I think I have to take everything out of this van which is going to be really annoying and fly swat as many of these little bastards as I can. My plan in the next week or so is to go into the desert in Arizona to a hot spring. and my thought would be there is really absolutely nothing for them to eat there so most will probably just starve. Probably a stupid way to think but if I fumigate this thing I really have nowhere to go while it's fumigating.

That could work, but they're very resilient. And the heat might not be enough for them. I would buy a tent and live in it while you fumigate for a couple hours.

Come to think of it, you could spray raid or similar in the whole camper, like several cans and buy a tent at Walmart to live in for a night or two and let the raid do its work and then return the tent. Just make sure you air out the place properly when done. Should only cost about 50 in raid cans. I would do 1 per 10 square feet. You literally should not be able to breathe inside when you're done.

You do realize I'll have to set the van on fire after I do what you suggested. I want nothing to do with being around that kind of shit. I had a friend die of lymphoma because he was paranoid of bugs and sprayed too much in his old apartment. What if I just leave the doors open and write up a sign that says 'shooo'?

You do you man, if you're gonna set it on fire get it insured first.
