While the repeal of the 16th came to my mind at first, I thought they'd simply find other ways to take what they wanted.

So, my choice is repeal the 26th, "Old enought to fight, old enough to vote." with a caveat. Kids under 21 cannot be conscripted into the military, and they cannot vote in elections. They need to time to leave the comfort of their nests and experience what it's like to live under this nation's rules as an individual, before being able to vote on the rules, and more importantly risk their lives for those rules.

I'd leave it up to the States whether or not they can legally drink, smoke, fuck, gamble, enter contracts, etc.

I might even consider adding that an 18+ year old who voluntarily enlists in the armed forces could be given an exemption on the voting restriction.

People need to wake up to the fact that the constitution doesn’t give YOU ANY RIGHTS whatsoever. The entire document was aimed at telling the Federal government what it could and couldn’t do. The bill of rights doesn’t outline what rights we are given, it outlines what the government CANNOT TAKE FROM US EVER. The whole thing was a limit on Federal government. We are born free men and women and the whole point was that no government could place any restrictions on our God given rights outside reasonable law. What happened to 18 enumerated powers? That went out the window 150 years ago. What happened to the treasury being the only body to coin money , out of gold and silver mind you. That was finally destroyed in 1913. Income tax, property tax, most federal agencies, Federal reserve, they’re Al blatantly unconstitutional. Try to tell a normie that. We now follow more of the tenants of Communism than our constitution. Most people from the last few generations don’t know a thing about the actual constitution. Many outright want Socialism. They are to stupid to realize we are already there and have been for decades. They think we live in a democracy. We are supposed to be a constitutional republic. That’s long gone.
