Agreed for the most part. The 7.3 requires a lot of maintenance but warranties don't help with maintenance.
But yes my point is new cars that are absolute shit. Better buy that warranty because it can cost you the price of the vehicle all over again to fix it.
I buy the 10yr 125k bumper to bumper to protect all the new electronics.
