I can figure out a way to make the vote buttons BIGGER on mobile.

Since this site gets super buttmad about using the downvote button in the same way as the upvote button, maybe just move the "downvote" functionality to an underbar button similar to those for "reply", "save", "src", etc? Then you can have a nice big upvote button and people will also understand that downvotes are very serious business.

We'd rather engage in a counter argument with the post/comment we disagree with, and use down votes for spam

ReddiTards and other retards get butthurt because this site does things differently than other cuck sites.

Maybe not the button itself, but the "hit area" https://pic8.co/sh/tqX83y.png, so it just looks the same but the button is easier to trigger, you don't have to hit right in the middle of a small surface anymore

More often than not. Just as you describe, it takes multiple attempts and usually entails zooming in on the up/down arrows to get it right on a touchscreen.

I was thinking about asking POAL this same question a few days ago.

It would be great if @AOUcould increase the size of the up/down arrows (or hotspots) by a few pixels.

All too often. My hands aren't as steady as they used to be. A prompt confirming the downvote might be nice. Might also be annoying but I'm not intentionally down voting anyway. Reversing the mistake takes some zooming fuckery.
