Drive-in movies were one of the highlights of any weekend when I was a teen. Didn't really matter what movie was playing, as watching it was the last thing on the list of things to do while there. Hanging that speaker on the window was an afterthought rather than requirement.

I had a van, where we would have a chick be my girlfriend riding shotgun (if I didn't have one), and the ticket guy would not bother to look in the back assuming I was there to fuck the girl. I'd sneak in 8-15 people easily.
