How many people randomly chosen on the street can give a cogent response to any question? One out of ten, maybe? One out of twenty? We live in the land of the walking dead. Zombies don't use complete sentences.

This is very true... I think less than 40% of Americans can even come up with some semblance of a coherent response to any sort of question requiring thought... now of those 40%, less than 15% can actually think outside of the box for critical thinking. People often quote critical thinkers at roughly 15% of the population, but I am afraid we have fallen far from that grace and the real number closer to 6% of the population at this point.
It remind me of my first sales job... many years ago... when my manager explained 80% of the sales came from the top 20% of employees... That always blew my mind... but in my days, the management KNEW who those 20% were and they were definitely treated much better than the others... its as if productivity no longer matters. Employees are chosen for reasons completely unrelated to the task at hand.
I'd imagine the same is true with Poal... 80% of the posts are done by the top 15% of users.
