Have you tried to put the pepperoni after baking? Like bake the thing, pull it out and lay on the slices and put it back into the oven for half a minute?

Made pizza last night. Turkey, bacon and ham club. Garlic and oregano infused crust. Very light tomato based sauce. Light layer of parm. Honey turkey, bacon and ham. Light layer of mozzarella. Baked. Cooled then chopped lettuce and diced tomatoes. Finished with a drizzle of real mayo.

Fuck yeah I put lettuce on pizza. Freshly chopped, added and then served it adds a good top crunch and flavor.
