Why aren't people more obsessed with these things? They are absolute marvels. Always custom made and are the VERY FOUNDATION of our whole world at this point. Basically NOTHING we buy isn't mass produced or processed in these factories.

The photolithography machines that run Taiwan's TSMC are made by ASML in Netherlands. China and Taiwan make chips but the machines that make those chips are researched, engineered, and manufactured in the west.
