8 hours or so. Have been sleeping more recently. But it’s fragmented, I haven’t been active enough to get great sleep. Lotta dream cycles which is fun but also a lot of just half-dozing which sucks. Always know what time it is when I grab water from night stand. Wasted time, less beer more working out..
fragmented for sure. I have had to learn to sleep on my back due to shoulder. I grab water all night also and somehow always know what time it is.
I got into a bad habit of sleeping straight on my right side sometimes, vertical plank style, cause that posture and enough warmth allows me to sorta lucid dream. Way too fun but makes my shoulder ache a little. I sleep fantastic on my back with head not too high if I did enough physically that day
