They complained incessantly that income tax rate is so low in the US and then ignore Social Security, State taxes, local income taxes, county levies, or inflation. They have hard on for pretending every state was lynching niggers in the 90s because not every state had an anti lynching law, ignoring that it was already a federal crime for 30 years prior to that. Really i heard that argument for many issues, like gay protections, or whatever, and they completely ignore that all those protections are now federal, so why would a state re create a law that is already a law, except to waste everyones time? Just everything about these idiots makes no snese

They don't argue in good faith. They use many rhetorical fallicies and operate according to Alinsky's Rules for Radicals.

For them, "winning", is more valuable than truthfulness, honor, integrity, morality, and ethics. For them, nothing maters other than doing whatever it takes to win. Which is, of course, why they must never be allowed to win again. They are evil to good in the binary equation. Everything else is shades between. Which is, of course, why they support relativistic moralism to good's absolutism.

Example:

Evil: Killing off good is good for everyone else, therefore genocide is good. It's relative to the desired perspective.

Good: Killing and especially genocide is bad in absolute terms unless speaking of the absolutely irredeemable. Exceptions don't make the rule.

It's all selfish action. They don't care about the consequences to others as long as the (immediate) consequences to themselves are good. Thus, a lack of principles, and the end justifying the means.

I never waste time or breath arguing with idiots. If they were intelligent they would have already done the math, been in possession of the facts and would already agree with me. If they haven't and don't, it is not my appointed task in this life to correct or educate them. I 'm not getting paid for it and theirs is a problem that will eventually solve itself, one way or the other, without any further input from me. I am perfectly willing to let "Wiley Idiot" blow himself straight to hell with his "Acme Patented Liberal Dynamite Kit", while I observe from a great distance with scant interest, but no small amount of amusement.

When someone says something that is so manifestly stupid as to almost cry out for argument, it actually does me a kindness. It tells me in one statement that I can safely and happily live out the rest of my life completely ignoring anything further that this particular idiot has to say about anything, ever.

If a response seems appropriate or necessary, I simply smile and respond, "You know what? You might be right." and walk away, leaving them with nowhere to go. MPAI (Most People Are Idiots) and they skip right past "may be", and only hear the words, "You", and, "right", and assume that I am agreeing with them. They don't bother listening for the other, unspoken, half of that statement. "You may also, and just as easily, be wrong."

Please remember that people who are highly emotional and not rational become liberals. Or some are just plain low IQ and can't be rational. That is why they don't care about facts or logic, just how it makes them feel. A strawman argument is the perfect way for them to vent all their hatred on the strawman and then feel righteous and brave.

If you're spending time arguing with someone who lacks the cognitive ability to form a logical argument, you've already lost.

If you insist on trolling liberals, why play fair? "Did you know that 80% of all gay men report being sexually abused as a minor by other gay men?" I mostly made that shit up, but it sounds legit, right?
