My personal belief is we offer $100,000 to each black adult, but they must take all of their children. They must surrender their citizenship and claims forever. Including all future linage. Meaning they can never come back as citizens nor make any future claims against us and our country. A ticket is provided to all, on us.

The math I worked out against their current systemic cost means we achieve a net positive in no more than ten years. Crime massively drops. The need for taxation drastically drops. Suddenly $333 billion per year becomes available for our country.

Additionally, the US can work out a deal to create lands in Africa for the repatriated. We can provide advisors to both the country(s) and the people we send back to assist in business creation, resettlement, city and infrastructure creation. This in turn would create employment and a near instant economy.

Given American blacks are among the smartest blacks on the planet, they could actually do extremely well while uplifting the rest of their own kind. For once, putting them in charge of their own future. Likewise, the full payments can accrue within something like a decade. This prevents this taking the money and running. It forces them to invest in their own future within Africa.

Of course, any Jews in Africa must be purged. Violently even. Otherwise they'll quickly defraud everyone and turn them against themselves and everyone else. Even the Chinese and Jew/Chinese proxies would have to be kept out.
