Yep. Fuckers don't investigate actual crimes anymore. They are in offices and hoping to entrap people in forums or upload CP to some guy's computer for an easy entrapment case. The glowies in the field find the dumbest group of white people drinking at the bar saying "nigger" as part of routine conversation and plant an agent to entrap them in something (for example, the FBI plot to kidnap dumbest woman in the midwest).
