It's fairly obvious at this point we are in a proxy war with russia. without continuous life support to the ungrateful shit that is zelensky, ukraine would have folded and the war would be over by now and the world would be much more peaceful.

my thoughts are russia has a brain and knows this but also knows the us is sweaty with angst to get into a hot war and putin actually likes his citizens and would not will bring that type of war upon his people lightly.

on the other token i feel china is sweat with angst to topple the us and be the new world power on the block. i would not say they have the same concern for their citizens as russia may. and taiwan.

how long are they going to play waste resources on the dancing puppet and start focusing on the real enemy?

do you think china and russia would use the advantage of first strike and try to severely cripple the us with emp or leveling infrastructure with airbursts or fucking us with ground burst radiation disaster.

i ask because a lot of my time thoughts and concerns go to this, am i retarded and wasting my time or are these real and significant possibilities that one day i wake up and washington dc is rubble and i have zero way to access you glorious folk for ideas of what the fuck to do.

The US will never send in troops. Neither will the EU. Russia has a legit cause and the West knows it. The West will bitch, complain, pass meaningless "resolutions" and impose sanctions but what they are really doing is making money but offloading old equipment and paying the defense companies to buy new stuff. The average Euromaiden slob in Ukraine isn't getting a dime. When this is over, Zelensky will be on some exile list, living in his villas with the billions the US taxpayer gave his ungrateful ass so the US could play with Russia in a war that was lost the day after it started.

We are sending them HIMARS, and variants, along with other pieces of gear with no one to train them how to use? We got dragged into Vietnam because we were training the South Vietnamese and our guys, who "weren't on the frontline and merely training in the rear", were getting killed.

Na I know there are marines probably marsoc in there training Ukrainians since at least 2020, probably others but the only one I know firsthand is marines

I think the most likely scenario is that the war will fizzle out much like how the covid hoax did. The media will pivot to some other crisis like nothing happened.

However if escalation does occur, the best case scenario is as you described, a joint first strike with China crippling the US military so much that they are forced on the back foot and to meekly impose useless sanctions. The USA is in a similar position to Britain before the Suez crisis; not able to exert the geopolitical influence it once did, no longer being able to whip the global community into line and impose its will militarily. I think for all the talk about Russia being incompetent, it is actually the USA military that will be badly shown up as incompetent should war happen, and the American public will have no stomach for the thousands of dead soldiers that will result, unlike Russia and China which will view a world war as an existential crisis.

If America strikes first, hypothetically moving troops into Ukraine, putting a carrier group in the med and baltic seas etc, then I think it would actually be the worst scenario for them and this is why they are desperate for Russia to escalate first. It would unite the global community against America, it would kill the petrodollar, it would spell the end of America as a superpower. More practically I doubt they would accomplish much militarily. Can you imagine the demoralisation of America losing carriers, jet fighters, spec forices, all televised, while being unable to push Russia out of Ukraine since Russia can much more easily mobilise troops? America could probably not last a month in such a climate. It would be much worse than Vietnam or Afghanistan.

Is that why Boris went there in March and killed the peace talks/deal that was being worked on? My concerns for the actual strength of the US in war: We sold our strategic oil reserves to our enemy We have a senile fucktard at the helm who controls the nukes. Our economy is in shambles We have many traitors in control We are certain our govt cares little about the little guy(vax shit) and probably wishes a lot of us dead. From the angle I'm looking at it he is the good guy. He intervened to assist people from his racial group who were being genocided in his neighbor country and he's been blamed for a brother war.
