Their services are just terrible now, I ended up moving to a new bank that offered better services. I noticed, USAA has been slowly selling off all their departments to other companies, and their core mil services are just trash now. I can get a free account anywhere else, so what does USAA offer me that someone else cant?

OP is talking about USAA, the financial/insurance provider that deals with federal people and servicemembers.

They used to be a pretty awesome company to work with, reasonable rates for everything.

Agreed. That is the plan. They take control, and then conform the culture to suit their needs. Which is invariably degenerate and deleterious to the citizenry (us "proles", to use a term from 1984).
