Then use those if non-kyc is too difficult or dangerous. That is why they exist. There are legitimate purposes to being able to see all transactions as opposed to blind actions. The visible chains are dramatically less likely to be used for scams and corruption. It is much easier to know that who you are dealing with is a legit person when you can see a vast swathe of their prior transactions. It builds trust. When tyrnanical governments\corporations fall away and we deal with normal good people independently then BTC would be more useful and more trusted than privacy chains. Privacy chains today are needed to (mostly) protect from government. Otherwise simply make a transaction across lightning and use. Wallet that generates new addresses every use. Stuff like that. No big deal.

But yes lightning offers a little privacy if you only need to spend a couple hundred dollars.
