I'm 6'2 180ish lbs. I have workedout for many years, I have an athletic physique.

My family are landwhales for the most part. I don't say , " Wow , you are eating yourself to an early grave " or " Holy crap , how damn big are you going to get ? "

What should I say next time they make that remark ?

I had a skinny faggot coworker ask me once "jokingly" in front of everyone if I was on steroids. I just asked him back if he was on heroin. Awkward silence, no more faggot jokes.

If someone fat started making comments about my body I would say "if you don't stop making negative comments on how I look, I will start making negative comments on how you look". We both know who would be crying.
