I'm 6'2 180ish lbs. I have workedout for many years, I have an athletic physique.

My family are landwhales for the most part. I don't say , " Wow , you are eating yourself to an early grave " or " Holy crap , how damn big are you going to get ? "

What should I say next time they make that remark ?

Most people have no idea what normal looks like anymore. They're all surrounded by so many fat fucks, and they're all obese too, they actually believe it's normal.

I just pull up BMI charts on my phone and ask them their height and weight.

At 6'2", the top end of normal (eg. 25 BMI) is 186lbs plus or minus 10% if you're muscular or have a small frame. That means unless you're a fucking beast in the gym, you shouldn't weigh more than about 205 or you're fat.

Plenty of strong men are also fat, which is sometimes a byproduct of eating the calories needed to gain muscle, but that's really a totally different thing than the average butter-huffer.

I think BMI is a bit generous too. You're right so many pods of landwhales it's become normalized
