Over the summer I bought my first smoker. Electric, under $200. Hard to hold Temps. If the outside air hits the mid 50s or windy, it's over. I don't want to spend money on one when this one works fine. What to do? Cut metal to fit the sides n top, pop rivet them on. Glue on ceramic tile? Lol, ideas man!

Welding blanket

Edit: I don’t really use my smoker in the winter, but my buddy uses his year-round and he uses a welding blanket (or two) to insulate it during the colder months
