Sometimes all i want to do is help my local people with odd jobs and random shit. like a specialized handyman. i love collecting high quality tools for general purposes, even if i don't necessarily need them or use them often. what kind of specialized tools or machinery do you have or would consider buying as a way of making money on the side?

Electric chainsaw.

I've helped numerous neighbors cut up branches or fallen trees with it. And you can store it indoors or in your car without the troubles of mixed gas

In most cases I prefer gas over electric, it's a lot easier carrying a gallon of gas that'll last for hours of work vs buying a bunch of batteries. For smaller single trees electric works alright.
