I been listening to several lately and Layne Staley is by far the best. Several songs here so skip around. I lost the link to the one that really impressed me. Its really surprising when you listen to only vocals from bands.

nice, I got one of their first recordings along with deftones from a guy who knew them before they came out. I went to a guns and roses concert listening to them on the way.

Sweet. I walked into the deftones trailer backstage around 2005 and the drummer was getting his hair cut and it reaked of opium. I was dropping off a fruit platter. I worked for Bueno beef catering in the chicago area back then and they were hired to do the food tent backstage for the bands. Had to chase down Lincoln park members to get an autograph for a cute girl from high school that wanted them. Bueno got whatever the bands needed. Some Lincoln park members were into action figures that could only be found in and around chicago and we had to go hunt them down and get it for them. I was wearing a black label society shirt and was pestering fred Durst with it because zakk wylde recently called his ass out. Fun times
