Depends on the stakes. Is it a couple hundred dollars over a traffic ticket, or is it a 6 figure lawsuit based on a lie?

I've been in both situations.

With the tickets, I proved my guilt to be mathematically impossible, I won. The judge found my presentation very interesting as well as irrefutable. The risk with losing was only a few hundred dollars.

As for the law suit. Within a month of talking to the lawyer the case was dropped. He ended up working it out with the other parties lawyer without me even seeing a court house.

Here's the real reason, all of these lawyers and judges are basically coworkers, they all know each other and how they work. You can't research or learn that.

Very simple. You can know how to present facts that logically tell a story to win your argument. That means nothing in a court if you lose because you didn't know court procedure and when to submit what in what order to win in the system. The system is not setup for you and I, it is setup for lawyers.

Even lawyers hire other lawyers to defend them. That should be enough to convince you to have a lawyer for anything more serious than a traffic ticket.

Everything you can say or do you can tell your lawyer to say or do. However, the jewdical system is super kiked and they will punish you if you try to show them off by representing yourself. They are all gatekeepers and won't allow you to win against a lawyer no matter what.

The right lawyer will make all the difference. I had a dude try to sue me once for unmasking his spam email operation. After one telephone call from my attorney at one of the premier IP law firms in the world the dude dropped his suit.

They basically told him, "in the world of Internet law your law firm is T-ball and ours is the New York Yankees. If you want to play ball we're ready. If you think you're going to draw it out to bankrupt our client I should tell you the partners agreed to do this case pro bono to get some of our junior partners court experience. You can drag it out for a decade and it will cost our client nothing, and you will lose."

Get you an old jew lawyer and you will always win.

Do it. You’ll win and they’ll build monuments in your honor.

Two separate times in my life I've needed a lawyer. Once I had a public defender and he was shit, told me to just agree and sign whatever they give me. I was like, fuck that. So I basically took over and did more to save my own ass than the fucking public defender.

The 2nd time I needed a lawyer, I REALLY needed a lawyer or I'd be stuck with a lot of shit on my record I actually wasn't guilty of. I spent the $5,000, waited 2 years and my life was basically saved bc of my lawyer.

Bottom line, find a good lawyer who wants to be on your side, pay him. Forget about everything and move on.
