He is wrong though. Goyslop includes high fibre carbs, like cereals. All modern foods are goyslop. Anything we ate before the agricultural age is a real food. Foods developed shortly after the agricultural age are questionable. Anything developed in the last few hundred years is without doubt goyslop.
