Imagine being a New Yorker in 1927.

Massive hub of commerce and trade, after Upton Sinclair wrote The Jungle, so there were good food regulations, but before the true industrialization of food and food products.

If you cannot imagine purchasing a food or food product in 1927 NYC, you should question whether or not you should eat it.

Any unfermented soy. Any vegetable oils that aren't mechanically extracted (i.e. coconut and olive are okay). High-carb foods with little fiber. Highly processed foods.

He is wrong though. Goyslop includes high fibre carbs, like cereals. All modern foods are goyslop. Anything we ate before the agricultural age is a real food. Foods developed shortly after the agricultural age are questionable. Anything developed in the last few hundred years is without doubt goyslop.

What the fuck is this? Goyslop only has one form and that's (((processed "food"))). Nearly all carbs are goyslop, there are ironically some good ones though. Fruits are goyslop (even natural sugar is bad). Fibre isn't necessary, vitamin C exists in animal flesh.

Anything homemade is goyslop free (if from scratch). Non-GMO fruits and vegetables are goyslop free.

The antidote to Goyslop is Ayurvedic Dieting. It recognizes that all our bodies digest food differently, we have unique elemental signatures. AH, though I believe he was still friends with Stalin behind the scenes and part of a larger agenda, brought much eastern philosophy to Germany. You can still see the influence there.

Veganism

In all forms of "plant-only" diets, you digest so little that it nearly 100% comes out the same way. Thus, goy slop can be considered to be the byproduct of eating a food designed for a goy

Pretty much anything with improperly cooked vegetable oil, as well. Canola and some of those "curly fats" are probably the worst for health
