Yep, actually own a copy of that film. Very well made, realistic, and scary. It's somewhat an uncredited remake of a previous 1966 British made-for-TV film, "The War Game", which was later judged 'too horrifying' to be shown to the general public at the time, so it was shelved and never shown.
