For certain reasons, not pertaining to anything having to do with me and my current case, I spent a decent amount of time in a Law Library when I was younger.

I figured out that the reference Librarian is, by far and away, the most important person there. If you flirt with her, and offer to buy her coffee, she will lead you to exactly what you need to know.
