b-ok.cc has a lot of interesting book lists such as this list that talk about geo politics, history, etc. I download a bunch of these and put them on a Kindle Fire 10 with Perfect Viewer to go through them.

I'll add that you can find a lot of mainstream books on there, like for cook books, etc. Any book you find, you can see user created book lists with similar interests.

If you sign up, you can only download 10 a day for free, but I've logged onto multiple throw away accounts and each has the 10 limit.
