I wasn't much of a bar person either. But I would force myself to go because that's what you did. I'm not exactly that social so most of the time I would just do a constant figure 8 in the bar until it was time to Irish exit my ass home. I just never enjoyed shouting into someone's ear to try to have a semi uninteresting conversation. Sometimes I go for music but even that got stale after a while.
