How come every time I find my 'dream home' it's upwards of $500,000.00?

Your expectations have been artificially inflated by media advertising and propaganda, so that you expect more in your life than you can afford. This is designed to get you into debt, so that you can be controlled.

Take a look at the "dream homes" that men returning from the Second World War were delighted to live in. By today's media-driven standards, they are shacks, but married couples happily raised large families in them.

Get your expectations in line with your income, and you will be a happier faggot.

This is true. Of course my situation is more complex than I present it, but definitely point taken.

You don't need a fuck-off sized house. A roof over your head and enough room for your shit is enough.

This is great advice. I wish someone had told me this before getting into a business partnership with a high mortgage on an inflated price home, in little Mexico. Luckily I got out of that deal

Is it though? It’s basically saying ignore you live in the richest first world country goy. Just go live in a shack and be happy.

People shouldn’t be discouraged from wanting a better quality of life.

[–] 1 pt

Well, if the shack has acreage it's a bit better, but I see your point. However complex our lives have become, simplicity is welcomed in my eyes

Choosing to live in a run down house makes little difference to price if developers are willing to turn it into condos. Only place where what you say is true would be rural living.

house markets are already falling fast. those over inflated homes will be far below average to recoup some debt but watch how thge elites work it. 10 years of plandemics and were only in season 2 the rides going to get very bumpy this winter prep for survival not buying a home. furthermore find a nice sucluded area build A CABIN queitly and maybe the owner wont catch you and 20 years go bye happyily

[–] 1 pt

Doesn't matter. Because of interest rate changes the payments on a $290,000 home today are the same as payments on a $500,000 home last year.

[–] 0 pt

True in that. With inflation only working until we can't own anything

> find a nice secluded area build A CABIN quietly

That does indeed happen, some friends did it, Missouri, Mark Twain Nat'l Forest.

Yes, I'm waiting for prices to fall.

[–] 1 pt

Nice I might do the same on a national Forest where no ones been

[–] 0 pt

You can't build on national forest land, at least not once caught.

prices will only go up to keep the kike ponzi scheme going. Remember, if the house prices go down, its not just the price that ges with it, its the insurance rate, the tax rate, the levies, EVERYTHING goes down with it. You can be your ass the kikes will do some kind of bullshit money magic, musical chair bullshit one more time before letting the house of cards fall down

Learn to build something. I've been stacking 2x4 and 2x6 on my land, I get them free from my new world order project at work. I will soon have enough to build a simple 2 bedroom house. It's rural so do I really need to permit it? We'll see about that.

2, mines supposed to be bad man but its good , That will buy a smaller place and some land. Land beats home.

[–] 1 pt

The prices will drop like a hammer soon, hold on.

[–] 0 pt

That's what I'm waiting for. But then what will happen to the dollar...

[–] 1 pt

Unless normies start taking a stand and speaking up. I say by the time Brandon's term is up. Then we will be on a digital currency.

[–] 0 pt

Yeah I agree, but hope not (digital).

[–] 0 pt

Potentially some hope in that there is a "no digital dollar act" in the house or Senate.

I bought a nice home. It takes up too much time to maintain. Everything has its costs.

[–] 0 pt

Yeah, things people don't realize or think about till they're in the place.

Like maintaining acreage or a really large yard. Like landscaping.

[–] 0 pt

Ditto. I have a house with a heated pool and five sort of half-floors. Furnishing every room, maintenance, and lawn care is a lot.

  1. Global economy exist to fuck you. It only gets more expensive to buy property as the population increases and more wealth consolidates in the hands of the banking cartel.
  2. Probably bad, but I've got the ((( Blue Checkmark ))) and I'm still alive.
  3. Oh forget it.
[–] 2 pts

Thanks man.

I know, I think we should shoot the bankers (and the people that kiss their butts).

Is it gonna get easier to find just what you want since it ain't gotta be by where you work?

Is housing gonna crash?

Why do I want to sell a piece of property so that I can then own some fiat paper money when I can simply leave it safely in my property?

How come my folks traipsed all over the country and then pretty much left me nothing? No land, no house.
