Pretty sure Jesus said that the only thing that will not be forgiven is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit and it is not established that the mark is such a blasphemy. Further I would argue that the behaviors of encouraging or mandating the vaccine and ignoring it's harm is fitting with the esoteric interpretation of forehead and hand being your thoughts and actions and the mark of the beast is accepting the dynamic the vaccine is creating rather than the vaccine itself.
