It didn't mean show up and enter a federal building while objections to the security of the election were being heard, giving them an excuse to expedite the certification of the election, and destroying the optics of election skepticism.

He had 4 years in the most powerfull and consecuential job in the world, and did not use that power to fulfill his promisse.
