My first rifle was a marlin .22 semi-auto, and my second (and favorite) was a l.c. Smith 12 gauge field model from 1927. That shotgun tears my shoulder up every time I shoot it but it's badass, imo. Learned the hard way never to pull both triggers at the same time.

Nah, my first was a winchester, then a remington. Still got both.

Same. Winchester. Bolt action target rifle, and later a tube-fed semi-auto. Still have both.

Yeah, I wish I had everything I got rid of, somehow these stayed. Maybe leaving them with my parents was a good idea,

The first one I had was a Mossberg bolt action 22 lr from the 40s. Had a wood stock and a wooden foregrip that folded down. Most accurate gun Ive ever shot. Then was given a Winchester model 47. Also 22lr. Great gun. It was one of the first semi autos mass produced. You pulled a rod from the back of the stock and loaded the rounds through a small hole in the side of the stock then put the rod back in. Held 14. I still have both of those guns. Love them still. Because of them I only really buy rifles with Wood stocks these days

All my early firearms , those of my youth had wood stocks and grip , except a daisy bb gun I had .

Shot gun when I was 14. Where I lived you could only hunt deer with a shotgun. I still have it.

I got a 22 but I don't know what make it was. It was a hand me down, single shot, bolt action, you had to pull the firing pin spring back after you loaded it. It was located on the bolt. The gun is still kicking around some where in a safe.

No, I got a Squire-Bingham piece of shit.
