Right, and it was worse for boomers, much worse.
I would agree that the ability to actually find any true information was more difficult for boomers. They mainly had TV, radio, newspapers, and the library, which still today are completely controlled and sanitized institutions.
I do think however that the youth of today are being hit even harder with highly effective propaganda that has been perfected by decades of experience and psychological/behavioural research.
It's difficult to say which is worse exactly, but your point is not without merit.
